I have noticed significant improvement about a week into using this. I used to live with severe agoraphobia where I couldn’t go outside without experiencing panic attacks. Since taking this I noticed I am no longer having those panic attacks and feel calmer when out. I am on a very restricted diet due to multiple intolerances so it is likely I was deficient in choline. I have tried normal choline from a different brand before but it didn’t work for me. This one works great.

Powder is flavourless and it dissolves really quick and easy without any chalkiness - basically you can’t feel any difference to your water which a massive plus to me as I am autistic with sensory issues.

Overall highly recommend this and will continue buying. Jar lasts a long time.

The price is excellent — easily one of the best value options out there. This seems to be the only platform where I can reliably get Alpha GPC in powder form rather than capsules, which makes it far better value for money.

As for how it performs — I love the stuff. It’s brilliant for intensive tasks, whether that’s work, study, or something mentally demanding. It sharpens my focus without the jittery, wired feeling caffeine sometimes gives. It’s also been fantastic for the gym — I find it helps me push through longer sessions, and there’s a noticeable boost in both concentration and drive when I take it beforehand.

A couple of things worth noting:
- Alpha GPC can clump quite easily due to its hygroscopic nature (it absorbs moisture from the air), so it’s worth keeping the bag tightly sealed or storing it with a silica gel packet to prevent that.

- I’ve found it works best taken around 30-45 minutes before I need to be mentally sharp. For gym use, combining it with caffeine gives an even stronger focus boost without feeling overstimulated.

All in all this is a solid find. Reliable, effective, and great value. For anyone looking to improve focus, productivity, or workout performance, this is well worth considering.

The Alpha GPC powder from Time Health has a very convenient form, and seems of very good quality. 40 min to one hour after taking it, I can start feeling the effects on my mind and soon after on my body. I usually take before bouts of mental works or before an workout, and only rarely I don't see a benefit, if I'm too tired overall.
Great product, does what is advertised, clean and mindfully created.
