I saw one of those anti-ageing trial programmes on TV many years ago where a lady consumed 30mg of Lycopene daily, then after a period of time they showed her results. I was amazed by her results, she had visibly smoother skin with fewer fine lines, the results stuck with me. I've been taking these Time Health Lycopene capsules now for several years and I too have fewer fine lines and overall my skin looks and feels better than it did 5 yrs ago. I highly recommend this product for the anti-ageing effects alone, the fact that Lycopene is also good for other things, for me, is a bonus. Try them!

I really recommend this. I was advised to take this from a nutritional therapist to help with stress /adrenal related symptoms ie insomnia and anxiety. I much prefer to go down the natural route rather than taking medication. Holy basil has many benefits, as I wanted to do my own research before taking it. It seems to help the body adapt and respond to stress - hence, the benefits on sleep , if insomnia is stress related. I took it for a month as I’m not sure about taking a herb like this, on an ongoing basis. It definitely helped my sleep as I found I had less ‘awake’ time and fell back to sleep more easily if I woke in the night:

Bought this supplement as it’s meant to help protect the immune system (among other things). Only caught one cold this year. Definitely worth taking this one.
