Same-day Despatch
We offer same-day despatch Monday - Friday for orders placed before 1:30pm for Royal Mail delivery and 12pm for DHL delivery. Orders placed after these times, or on non-working days, will be shipped on the next working day.

Shipping to the EU
Unfortunately, we currently do not have a shipping solution for the European Union, but we are actively working to resolve this. Please send us a ticket here and let us know what you would like to order, and when we have a solution in place we will get back to you.
For countries within the EU, we recommend you visit our German Amazon storefront to see if Amazon can deliver to your address. Note: some of our supplements are sold under the Vita Nuova brand on amazon.de.
Other Countries
We ship to most other countries that offer a national tracked postal service. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to destinations without this service due to the high risk of lost parcels.

Fees for National Post Customers:
1. National Post Customers orders are VAT FREE at point of order.
2. You will, however, be charged VAT on entry to your country. VAT will vary between country.
3. The shipping service will charge a fee for collecting the VAT from you.
