Karen's journey into nutritional therapy began during the 20 years she spent living in Asia, where she experienced a truly holistic approach to health, one where food, lifestyle, and wellbeing are deeply connected. This inspired a passion for nutrition that became the foundation of her work today.
Having navigated her own health challenges, including hyperthyroidism, Graves’ disease, and later endometrial cancer, she understands first-hand how overwhelming it can feel when your body is out of balance. These experiences deepened her commitment to helping others. She now uses her training and nine years of experience to empower clients to make lasting, sustainable changes not just in their diet, but in how they live and care for themselves every day.
