✔️ SPECIFIC PROBIOTICS FOR FEMALE INTIMATE HEALTH. The vaginal microbiota is a sensitive balance which can be disrupted by factors such as stress, antibiotics, low oestrogen levels and sexual activity. Intimate Flora contains 12 carefully selected and clinically tested probiotic strains to nourish and maintain balance in the vaginal microbiome.

✔️ HEALTHY BACTERIA ENCOURAGE OPTIMAL VAGINAL pH. A healthy vaginal pH is slightly acidic (3.8-5) - due to naturally occurring beneficial Lactobacilli bacteria which live in the vagina. This acidity is beneficial, as it prevents "bad" bacteria from replicating. Having a pH that too high (basic), increases susceptibility to conditions such as BV and yeast growth. Studies have also found links between having a high vaginal pH in pregnancy and premature births<1>, and higher susceptibility to contracting STIs<2>, and frequent UTIs<3>.

✔️ UTI PREVENTION & RELIEF. Contains high-strength cranberry and d-mannose; studies suggest that both ingredients are effective in reducing the frequency of recurring UTIs.
