600mg Organic Irish Sea Moss (Chondrus crispus), 600mg Organic Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus) – Origin Ireland.

Capsule Shell: Hypromellose (HPMC) – vegan, gluten free, certified organic.

UPDATE – Allergy Advice: May contain traces of molluscs and crustaceans. 

Suggested use: As a food supplement for adults, take 2 capsule daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
