Susan is a registered nutritional therapist and helps women during the menopausal years to improve their energy, reduce hot flushes, improve sleep, mood and brain health, so they can function optimally and enjoy life again.
Her approach is evidence-based, using the principles of Functional Medicine which focuses on identifying nutritional imbalances and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to menopausal symptoms. Sue works together with her client to create a bespoke and personalised nutrition and lifestyle management plan which is tailored to specific health concerns, taking into account any medical diagnoses and/or medication.
Susan’s programmes are structured to help you make incremental diet and lifestyle changes that are easy to integrate into your life. She gives you the tools and the principles to enable you to implement the strategies on your own with confidence after the programme has finished. Old habits can be difficult to break, with motivation being only a small part of the puzzle, and as an NLP coach she help identify and coach you through the blocks that may be holding you back from making changes.
