EU ORDERS AND BREXIT UPDATE:
We have opened up shipping to the EU with National Post Tracked service for orders under £175 in value. Please however keep in mind in all countries the national postal service is taking double the time and sometimes a lot longer than usual due to Covid restrictions at customs.
For those accessing our website from within the EU, all our products are now listed as VAT free and orders are sent VAT Free. VAT will however be charged on entry to the EU and will have to be paid by you the customer in the same way as fees are required upon arrival of international orders from other non-EU countries. The shipping service will contact you about this before delivering your order.
We have stopped using Fedex for the time being because of the huge extra fees they now charge on both sides. We are looking for an alternative courier.
We are currently in talks with several distribution centres in the EU that will be able to send our products direct from the EU to avoid all these issues but this will take some time to get up and running.
In the mean time we do have most of our range listed on Amazon.de and they will ship to most EU countries.
We really value our EU customers and are making every effort to continue supporting you as you have supported us.
