EU ORDERS AND BREXIT UPDATE: 18/10/2021
EU orders are now handled by our France-based distributor Vita Nuova.
Customers from the following destinations can place orders through our distributor:
– Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Canary and Balearic Islands) and Sweden.
If you are based in the following locations, please continue to use timehealth.co.uk to place your orders (maximum order values apply):
– Switzerland and Norway.
For destinations on the second list, orders will be shipped to you via National Post and you will have to pay import tax in your home country and a small admin fee before your shipment will be delivered.
Please keep in mind that in all countries the national postal service is taking much longer, due to Covid.
Your national post tracking number will be sent via email when we ship your item and can be tracked on the Royal Mail website:https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/
Fees for National Post Customers:
1. National Post Customers orders are VAT FREE at point of order.
2. You will, however, be charged VAT on entry to your EU country. VAT will vary between country.
3. The shipping service will charge a fee for collecting the VAT from you.

For destinations not mentioned above, we recommend you visit amazon.de to see if Amazon can deliver to your address. We are gradually replenishing stock on the platform and hope to eventually have all of our products available.

UK Orders under £40: Free Royal Mail first class postage is offered with the option to upgrade for £1.99 to Royal Mail Tracked 24 which is a fully tracked service and guaranteed. During Covid, we recommend choosing Tracked 24 if you require your purchase urgently.
Please Note: Royal Mail first class is not a tracked service, only a delivery confirmation service, so you cannot track your purchase.

UK Orders Over 2KG: Free Next Day Delivery via DPD.

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2.30pm are shipped the same day. Orders placed Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
United Kingdom bulk orders are shipped tracked and signed next day via UPS or DPD.
Channel Island orders are VAT FREE. We strongly recommend upgrading to our Royal Mail tracked 24 service for the channel islands due to Covid. Reports from some customers say they are taking weeks to arrive by standard Royal Mail first class.
All international orders are VAT FREE.
We ship to most countries outside of the EU that have a national post tracked service. If your country does not offer a national post tracked service we will not ship there due to such a high % of post going missing without a tracked service.
Please note: We are currently unable to ship to India due to the tracked service being suspended. We hope this is only a temporary issue, and will provide an update once the service has been resumed.

Please bear in mind that these delivery times are approximations and don’t include weekends and during busy periods delivery may be slightly longer. eg: Easter/ Christmas/Postal strikes etc.
