Good quality vitamins. Only downside, needs to be taken four per day.
With that in mind, need to always remember to take right amount through the day.

I am satisfied that the quality of this product is very good, and fulfills most supplementation requirements.

One improvement I would suggest is not making "four tablets" the standard dose to achieve 100% of the normal recommended value across most vitamins. This could be easily missed by purchasers and seems a lot of tablets to take in one go and might influence some buyers' purchase decisions.

Natural plant based Multi Vitamins are an excellent bioavailable way to get a good range of nutrients and a great added health benefit is that they contain TetraSod a combination of super antioxidants. My nails seem to grown very strong and long since taking these, which is a bonus. Another premier product from Time Health with no unnecessary excipients.

I have used your products in the past many times, I like the idea that none of the Multi Vitamins contain any excipients, all natural, I also take your Multi Minerals at the same time as I take the Vitamins, I do tend to find them a bit on the pricy side but again no additives which to my way of thinking is a good thing, well pleased.

Although I think taking a multivitamin is probably a good idea nowadays I’ve always fought shy of synthetic formulations feeling that a synthetic lab produced vitamin was not as efficacious or as bioavailable as a food based natural sourced version. So I am happy to have found, and now take Time Health’s Whole Food Plant Based Multi Vitamins, which I am reassured to know contain no unnecessary excipients and is absorbed readily by the body - I also note that they now contain TetraSODa a powerful combination of antioxidants to mop up free radicals. I have noticed that my nails and hair seem healthier and stronger, but I am sure that there are far more benefits from taking them. As always, TimeHealth sell clean innovative formulations and deliver an excellent service.
