✔️HELPS REPLENISH LOST ELECTROLYTES FROM KETOSIS. The state of ketosis causes very low levels of insulin which in turn results in a depletion of key electrolytes. Lower levels of these electrolytes often brings with it fatigue and headaches, commonly referred to as “keto flu”. It is therefore recommended to replenish these electrolytes by adding them to foods and drinks throughout the day. Our keto coffee is boosted with the 5 essential electrolytes sodium, magnesium, potassium, calcium and chloride.

What’s Inside?
Smooth Instant Arabica Coffee. We only use the finest quality barista-style instant coffee, with a deep flavour and velvety smoothness.
Coconut MCTs (C8 & C10). MCTs stands for “medium chain triglycerides”, which are a special kind of fat found in plant-based oils, and most notably in coconut oil. These fats boast properties not seen in other longer chain fats, especially related to ketone production. One study in The Journal of Nutrition demonstrated an 18-fold increase in ketone levels one hour after consumption.
Acetyl-L-Carnitine. L-carnitine is an amino acid naturally made by the body and helps the body turn fat into energy. The problem is, when you are on the keto diet you eat a lot more fat and less protein from which carnitine is produced. This can create a carnitine deficit as your body cannot make enough to keep up with the supply and demand and this can slow weight loss.
Acetyl-L-carnitine is more effective than standard L-carnitine for improving cognitive and neurological function as the acetyl group allows the compound to cross the blood-brain barrier with much greater efficiency than the common form.
Electrolytes. On a keto diet, the lower insulin levels encourages the kidneys to excrete far more electrolytes than it typically would on a regular diet. This causes many people to hit a wall around 2 weeks into the diet which is known as “keto flu”. In actual fact, the fatigue and low energy experienced is simply due to severely reduced levels of key electrolytes which are essential maintaining good hydration and muscle function. Our coffee contains meaningful levels of sodium, magnesium, potassium, calcium and chloride to help replenish these lost electrolytes.
