Suggested use:
As a food supplement for adults.
Take 0.5 to 2 grams per day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. 1 scoop provided equals 0.5 grams.

Big difference

There is a famous American company that used to put polysaccharide content on their Astragalus label but they don't do it anymore because they say they can't guarantee percent compliance. Time Health remained the only one to place the polysaccharide content on the label for Astragalus. I used to take a product with 470 mgr. /capsule, I opened the capsule and put the contents in a glass of water and then drink it. Being accustomed to the high standards of Time Health, I decided to make a change with this product. Great difference in taste and effects. I think I will stay here.
