Found In Haryana, and other subtropical regions of India and North Africa grows Ashwagandha,  an ancient adaptogenic herb. For over 3,000 years it has been used in ancient Ayurvedic healing, it is believed that this small shrub can help to increase energy levels, improve relaxation and help keep inner-focus.

Interesting facts

Ashwagandha has a variety of different names, such as Withania Somnfiera (Botanical), Winter Cherry and Indian Ginseng. Its name literally translates to mean ‘Smell of the horse’ in Sanskrit, after its unique smell.

Ashwagandha is best known for its potential stress-reducing benefits. Ashwagandha appears to help control the levels of cortisol produced.
